Definition

Delivery arrangements

Interventions aimed at generating changes in how, when and where health care is organized, as well as who provides care services.

Financial arrangements

Interventions aimed at seeking changes in how insurance funds and plans are raised, how services are purchased, and the use of financial incentives or disincentives.

Governance arrangements

Interventions related to rules or processes that affect the way powers are exercised, particularly with respect to authority, responsibility, openness, participation and coherence.

Implementation strategies

Interventions designed to provoke changes in health care organizations, as well as the behavior of health professionals or the use of health services by users.
