  1. aProportion of Primary Health Care Facilities in the municipality who have all the eight types of equipment in the dental office (a room for OHT, dental chair, compressor, delivery systems, stool, reflector, auxiliary unit or assistant’s vacuum group and photopolymerizer)
  2. bProportion of Primary Health Care Facilities in the municipality who have all the eight types if instrument (dycal applicator, dentin brushers, resin insertion trowel, tweezers, mirror, explorer, glass plate and carpule syringe)
