Country groupings are: Very low: Ethiopia, Mali, Bangladesh, Niger. Low: Haiti, Nigeria, Nepal, Madagascar, Kenya, Zambia, India, Tanzania, Guinea. Moderate: Senegal, Mozambique, Uganda, Cote D’Ivoire, Ghana, Philippines, Cameroon. High: Zimbabwe, Burkina Faso, Rwanda, Bolivia, Cambodia, Malawi, Egypt.
