Exclusion criteria

Any study not focused on Sierra Leone

Any study published before 2002 (which is therefore not focused on Sierra Leone’s ‘post-war health system’)

Any documents in which the term ‘volunteer’ refers to Community Health Workers, or other type of lay healthcare provider, or international volunteer
