Map of study sites in Tak and Chiang Mai Provinces. Saraphee Hospital (SH) is located in the city of Chiang Mai. SMRU clinics are indicated by red crosses. Wang Pha and Maw Ker Thai clinics were included in this study. SMRU services opened at Shwe Kou Ko clinic in Myanmar following the COVID-19-related border closure in 2020 to reach patients who could not travel to Wang Pha. A free Myanmar Government vaccine clinic operated in Shwe Kou Ko at that time
