Selection rule

First rule – applied to all drivers from all PESTLE categories

(SA + A) ≥ \( \frac{2}{3} \) and SA ≥ \( \frac{1}{3} \) and (SD + D) < 10%

Second rule – applied to drivers within the PESTLE categories in which the first rule did not select any driver

[(SA + A) ≥ \( \frac{3}{4} \) or SA ≥ \( \frac{1}{4} \))] and (SD + D) < 10%
